The main task is to create and develop marketing in the company, build analytics for the website and application.The following was done:● Installed analytical trackers App Metrica, Yandex.Metrica in addition to the existing analytical systems;● Launched contextual and targeted advertising;● Prepared a description of the target audience;● Signed an agreement with a contractor for handouts (the main source of traffic), automated the production and delivery process;● Implemented some SEO recommendations;● Implemented a website audit for SEO;● Configured Google and Yandex consoles to improve traffic from search engines;● Tested geo-targeting;● Developed a strategy for promotion in social media;● Created and configured advertising accounts for contextual advertising, targeting;● Formed budgets for promotion tools;Results:● Automation of production and delivery simplified the process of working with handouts, which in turn had a positive effect on handout traffic.● Unit-economy was formed.● CJM of the product was created;● Strategy for website development was formed (development of services allowing to attract more users);● Analysis of traffic sources was conducted and growth points corresponding to the unit-economy of the product were identified.● Installed analytical trackers allowed to analyze traffic: Yandex.Metrica - website traffic, App Metrica - traffic and user behavior in the application.Connecting the website to Google and Yandex consoles and SEO optimization gave a noticeable increase in the organic traffic channel from search engines.Traffic from contextual and targeted advertising increased by 259%,traffic from search engines increased by 239%,the overall growth in all traffic channels was 81%.
