Within Macquarie Capital I focused on M&A advisory in the Energy and Utilities sectors, advising on ~A$50bn of announced transactions, including:• Defence advisor to APA Group in relation to CKI's A$22.4bn unsolicited takeover offer• Buy-side financial advisor to Palisade Investment Partners on their acquisition of the 270MW Snowtown 2 Wind Farm from Tilt Renewables Limited for A$1,073m• Sell-side financial advisor on AGL Energy’s sale of its 50% interest in the 420MW Macarthur Wind Farm to H.R.L. Morrison & Co. for A$532m• Financial advisor to Lightsource bp on the A$330m portfolio financing of the 107MW West Wyalong and 214MW Woolooga solar farms• Financial advisor on Origin Energy’s A$2,500m fully underwritten entitlement offer• Sell-side financial advisor on Origin Energy’s A$1,585m sale of its upstream oil and gas business, Lattice Energy, to Beach Energy Limited• Buy-side financial advisor to Quantem on their acquisition of GrainCorp Limited’s bulk liquid terminals business, consisting of six facilities across Australia, for A$352m• Buy-side financial advisor to Macquarie Group Limited on the US$250m open market purchase of NYSE-listed Macquarie Infrastructure Corporation (MIC) shares via a Stock Purchase Plan. MIC owns and operates a diversified group of businesses including International-Matex Tank Terminals, Atlantic Aviation, a gas production and distribution network in Hawaii and power generation assets across the U.S.• Financial advisor to Chow Tai Fook Enterprises and Alinta Energy on the refinancing of the 1,140MW Loy Yang B Power Station; raising project finance facilities of ~A$450m• Financial advisor to Ontario Teachers’ Pension Plan (OTPP), China Huaneng Group (CHG), Daelim and KDB KIAMCO on the refinancing of the 851MW Millmerran power station; raising in excess of A$600m in project finance facilities• Financial advisor to OTPP and CHG on the project financing of its 50% UJV interest in the 810MW Callide C power station.

As a Senior Consultant in Deloitte's Strategy & Operations practice I had the opportunity to work with some of the world's largest and most recognizable firms. In my time at Deloitte I specialised in financial and operational modelling; having gained significant experience in the mining, oil and gas, banking and insurance sectors. I also had the opportunity to advise on a number of other projects for ports, rail operators, transportation companies, and State and Federal governments.
