Responsibilities:Prepare annual capex budget, calculate savings, prepare justification for approval.Prepare preliminary budget sheet and time line based on conceptual engineering for each project.Do the layout feasibility study, utility feasibility study and update the budget sheet.Prepare URS for each and every equipment with details engineering specifications, drawings, etc. Communicate with local and international vendors to collect techno-commercial proposals, do technical and commercial comparisons, life cycle cost of the equipment considering initial investment, operational cost, energy cost, manpower and wastage, find out the best technological solutions. Prepare the project proposal and final cost sheet for investment approval.Prepare installation, commissioning and trial plan, communicate with all stakeholders for their supports, communicate with OEMs for commissioning engineer travel schedule, handover to user department.Key achievements:1. Installation and commissioning of old Chupa Chups line in Bangladesh using existing resource. Capex value 2M Euro.2. Installation and commissioning of old Center Fruit line in Bangladesh within 7x24 running plant using existing resource3. Converting existing jelly line to make lollipop candy4.
