Determining The Optimum Volume Of The Assortment Mix For The DefactoThe aim of the this project is to send the right number of products to stores.Using mathematical model to cluster the stores according to the qualities(sales, location, demographic structure, etc.) and it is solved through GAMS/CPLEX software.The results of the project help us to find solution for some problems below;- stock surplus or shortage- cost of overproduction- customer dissatisfaction- utilize the store areas efficiently
