- Led Product Vision, Direction and Strategy from Seed to post Series B- Built from scratch the Product organization, up to ~30 headcount globally (Paris, NYC, London, Singapore) as of H2 2023 structured in a matrix organisation on three verticals (Product (i)portfolio, (ii) delivery and (iii) operations) each led by a strong VP and five business lines, each led by a seasoned MD.- Built and scaled the companies Product P&L framework, Product cycle and associated KPIs, onboarding finance, tech and sales on a common operating model- At the initiative/support of targeted M&A towards seeding of the indices and quantitative data businesses- Industry level contribution with industry associations, regulation bodies and standards groups to support the ecosystem- accountable for the group's roadmap supporting the organic growth and 24M$ / resp. 53M$ series A and B rounds - representative of growth / scaling up.

At the initiative of a Euronext strategic programme, integrated into 'Euronext let's grow together 2022' plan in June 2019 aiming at bringing on screen / platform non trading activities such as corporate actions, but also index design automation among others - towards more efficient operating models.- Lead the programme from its framing phase (Nov 2019 to March 2020), study (march 2020 to May 2020) to execution (kicked off in June 2020) until it reaches its standard pace (September 2020) - ressources, budget, suppliers, transverse programme processes design, organisation and governance- Lead the newly formed team of Digital Product development, made of Product developers, Product owners and customer experience UX/CX/UI designers in the complex environment of the exchange, leveraging deep industry experience acquired through previous lead in the Optiq Programme- Build and prioritise Euronext group digital product roadmap towards a Digital Product portfolio and services offer : pipeline of up to 20 applications targeting the whole range of Euronext customers, delivered through a scalable technical platform, relying on state of the art technology stack.- Reporting to Group Head of Market Operations and to Group COO

In charge of the business design of Euronext next generation of derivatives markets proprietary platform : Optiq for Derivatives Markets, from its inception in November 2017 to launch in November 2019.Duties and achievements:• Accountable & Responsible for the definition of the new derivatives market models (overall Market Microstructure, Order Entry, Central Order Book management, Market Data, Wholesales & Off Screen Trading, etc.) and subsequent business orientations - Market Making framework, liquidity management, block trading, segregation of order entry flows.• Securing transverse dependencies and needed approvals (Regulatory Market Model Group DNO - Euronext College of Regulators WP3, Clearing with LCH SA, relation with FIA)• Engage with customers in co-design and address any customer escalation• Reporting to the Optiq Program Head and Euronext C-level and Managing Board
