After almost 4 years as a Technical Writer, it's time for a change. Due to the development of the company, on the basis of my experience as a Product Manager and E-Commerce Specialist, I was selected for the position of E-commerce manager.In the e-commerce department, I am currently responsible for the recruitment and development of the entire department. Initially, the two-person team grew to a five-person team. My main tasks include market analysis and identification of the target group in order to implement more effective solutions.As a team leader, I am responsible for coordinating and supervising the activities of all people in the department.I take care of maintaining and developing repaira-hulajnogi.pl and motoczesci24h.pl stores by supervising and optimizing sales processes, which translates into adapting websites to customer needs.In cooperation with an external company, I develop and implement SEM and SEO strategies by analyzing website traffic and user behavior and preferences.I develop sales channels based on platforms such as Allegro, Empik. Ceneo, Erli and Morele.With the use of Baselinker, I implement automation in order to improve sales support and marketing activities on various sales portals. By analyzing the costs and profits of the department, I supervise the budget and report sales results.

At work, I am responsible for the preparation of technical documentation, user documentation, operating instructions, and process documentation.As the first technical writer in the company, I started my work with the implementation of a knowledge base based on the XWIKI platform, which I am currently developing and I created style guide for writing and designing content. I achieved my first success in this position when my colleagues started to request more user manuals and learned to use the knowledge base.Based on instructions on business processes in the company, I improved communication between departments. On the other hand, the software user manuals allowed for faster and more efficient implementation of new employees.

As a Marketing Specialist, I developed and implemented marketing strategies. Cooperating with external companies dealing with SEO positioning and Google Ads advertising, I created category descriptions, product descriptions and Meta Description.By analyzing reports from Google Analytics and the results of advertising campaigns, I modernized the online store, contributing to an increase in the conversion rate from 0.8% to the current 2.2%.I took care of a good brand image in Social Media, developing texts and advertising graphics. I was also responsible for communication between the company and the client.For the needs of other brands of the company, I created advertising walls, banners, vouchers and menu cards in graphic programs.Having knowledge of photography, I created and edited product and arrangement photos for the needs of an online store, advertising campaigns and Social Media.I was also responsible for full service of online store customers (telephone, e-mail and direct mail).I dealt with the administrative service for both Polish, Czech and German stores (inventory update, photo update and product descriptions).I created and ran the Allegro store, which contributed to the increase in sales.My tasks also included full service of the complaint department.I also supported the accounting department, creating cash and sales reports for the online store.

The main task in the company was the general administration of products in two online stores in close cooperation with producers.For the purposes of promotional campaigns I was also responsible for creating advertising materials in graphic programs, including banners, pop-ups, leaflets and multimedia presentations.As an experienced employee, I supported the B2B sales department, preparing business offers for business clients and orders using the CRM system. In the next stage I was also involved in the preparation of tenders, winning key tenders.My tasks also included handling the complaint department, including contact with customers, producers, warehouse and logistics department.I was responsible for the implementation and further development of the brand image in Social Media.I was a Help Desk, helping other employees during hardware problems. For the needs of new workplaces, I was involved in the purchase and assembly of desktops.
