In charge of 8+ peers, delegating tasks so all work was completed on time and to correct standards. Conducted preventative maintenance on all facility systems, subsystems and equipment. Utilized 1 runway and 9 helipads to provide spacing and sequencing for fixed and rotary wing aircraft totaling more than 170,000 safe aircraft movements every year. Evaluates an analyzes the capabilities and progress of assigned personnel for position qualification and facility certification. Direct and coordinate air traffic, collect and issue clearances.
