ShopeeFood is a food-delivery platform and is a member of SeaGroup's ecosystem in Southeast Asia along with Shopee (E-commerce), SeaMoney (Payment), and Garena (Gaming). Budget & Planning as an analytical function within ShopeeFood improves data visibility and provides strategic insights for business leaders to optimize the effectiveness and efficiency of the platform. • Responsible for advising Merchants Operations and Business Process Outsources Operations.

Strategy & Planning, as a sub-function of Business Intelligence department, provides analytical support for Categories (FA, DG, GM) to help • Understand past performance, • Identify key opportunities & risks, and • Optimize daily operations.

• Represent Vietnam venture's data needs and specificity to local and regional teams. • Collaborate with BI teams from other ventures & Tech team in aligning regional standards. • Keep management in the loop about current BI projects and their business implications.• Design & translate data into comprehensible formats for internal and external stakeholders.• Maintain local BI database, reporting workflows and dashboards.• Provide research, analysis on demand.

Partner & Market Research (Market Expansion Service)• Search, screen, and qualify companies as potential partner for clients in various industries. • Conduct customized market research on competitive landscape and consumer behavior.

Client Servicing• Assist senior staff in delivering quality services to clients and ensure the services provided to clients are timely and precise according to client business needs and specifications and at the same time meeting the company's quality standards• Communicate client needs to appropriate team members• Provide "in office" research, administrative and operational support to senior staff• Be directly accountable for work conducted for their nominated clients in terms of analyses, charting, etc.• Ensure client service deliverables are aligned with the regional client service standardsFunctional / Technical• Maintain an accurate and up-to-date knowledge on research techniques and applications• Integrate multiple data sources to answer business issues• Perform quality checks on all reports for alignment to request, accuracy and correctnessEnsure standard operating procedures within area of responsibility are observed

• Closely coordinate with Lazada BI team to provide timely data for Intrepid team on daily and weekly basis. • Provide valuable performance reports for customers on weekly and monthly basis. • Provide Portfolio and revenue monitoring tools for key account management team on campaign basis. • In charge of internal performance and revenue report upon request of chairman• Facilitate management team in decision-making by extracting insightful information from available data upon ad-hoc request.

• Closely engage in full product development process; from conceptualizing, prototyping, to validating new product "Cho Tot Nha" (Property vertical of Cho Tot) • Develop process and provide training for outsourced unit to build property database for the release of Cho Tot Nha • Conduct secondary market research to identify development trend in the Classified Property market and study competitors' offerings. Hence, reevaluate Cho Tot Nha's position on the market.• Conduct user interview and mystery shopping to evaluate Cho Tot Nha performance after release, which provides valuable insights for continuous product development. • Analyze and suggest quality standards to minimize business losses from Abuse users. Coordinate with other teams to successfully carry out the project.
