It Support Analyst
Current- Monitor and answer phones to provide front line technical phone support for computer hardware, software, connectivity issues and service requests
- Set up new member accounts and assist in training new members
- Demonstrate your creative and analytical problem-solving skills to troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve computer issues for technology users
- Document and log all troubleshooting steps and tests performed for knowledge article creation
- Assist in maintaining troubleshooting process documents and procedures
- Utilize your knowledge of networking technologies
