Bee Rose is a stage manager from Portage, Michigan. They identify as “defiantly queer, boldly neurodiverse, and brazenly disabled.” They have been battling Crohn’s Disease since they were eight years old, and they work hard to ensure that this disease doesn’t stop them in their tracks.They received their Bachelor of Fine Arts in Stage Management at Michigan State University. They have studied under Tina Newhauser for stage management. They enjoy every part of theatre and have dabbled in multiple other disciplines before landing in stage management and dramaturgy. They’ve studied lighting design with Shannon Schweitzer and have a great love of light board operation. They also specialize in scenic design, learning and honing their skills under the direction of Ranae Selmeyer.
