- Improved web-based Capacity Planning system. Designed informative reports, unified into single source input from various excel files to the single planning system. Man-hour reduced from 2.5 hours to 0.5 hour and eliminated human error.- Identified areas for improvement via statistical analysis, developed and implemented resource utilisation monitoring system; improved from 85% to 95% with approximately USD$1.5M capital saving. - Reviewed redundant tools for scrap on USD$20K cost saving.
