Creates job postings in Applicant Tracking System, conducts phone interviews with applicants, schedules interviews for hiring managers, prepares offer letter packets and monitors status of job offer contingencies.-Conducts new employee orientation and prepares new hire packets.-Conducts employee surveys at the conclusion of the orientation period.-Manage and direct various employee rewards and recognition programs including Core Value/Member Service awards, employee birthdays, service anniversaries, monthly raffles, company events and year-end recognition.-Assists with company benefit administration, including new enrollments, annual open enrollment and plan questions.-Assists in managing workers’ compensation injury claims. Files reports with insurance carrier, maintains accident information and monitors progress of claim.-Creates and maintains organization chart.-Routinely audits employment law notices and pamphlets for accuracy. -Creates and maintains Diversity, Equity and Inclusion activities, calendars and companywide notification.-Stays informed on new developments, methods and techniques in assigned areas.- Manage company social media presences on different platform. -Performs other job-related duties.
