Developed, monitored, and achieved the strategic objectives of the Foundation. Supervised the management team ( 10) and overall staff of the organization (50) to ensure ownership and quality service delivery. In addition to supervision, recruited, managed, and retained talents to fulfill the objectives of the Foundation. Ensuring the programs were further sustainable; managing fundraising to meet the increasing operation costs of the Foundation, at about $5million per year. In working with the Board of Directors, and Trustees, we ensured good corporate governance and accountability.
