I have about 10 years experience in IT prior to going into the health care industry. From 2006 to the 2021, I have worked as the Executive Director for a chain of Assisted Living facilities in the Fox Cities area. I took a break from healthcare from 2015-2018 to work as the Executive Director for a local nonprofit organization which I was very passionate about. I came back to being the Executive Director for the Assisted Living Facilities that I worked before because they needed me. I am currently the Executive Director for a home care agency overseeing both the skilled and unskilled units.My skills include:-HR, interviewing, hiring, orientation, detailed documentation, training and compliance.-Supervising, guidance, disciplinary actions, and terminations.-Payroll, time keeping, and Absence management-Financial analysis, reporting and projections.-Good judgement, able to make quick decisions and adjust to situations.-State and Federal code compliance.
