My dedication to mental health, reproductive health and gender justice through a racial justice lens propels the work I do in leadership development, therapy, community organizing, fundraising, and curricula writing.For several years, I have tried to connect community-led advocacy with direct-service work for pregnant people and families. I coach and consult people about all available options. We also work together to build the leadership of those most impacted by reproductive oppression by developing strategies for resilience. My work and commentary have also been highlighted in several media outlets including the Atlanta-Journal Constitution, Washington Post, Colorlines Magazine, The Root, For Harriet, Flyover Feminism, Reproductive Justice Blog, and 3 radio shows on Atlanta's WRFG.Additional side projects stem from experience as a comedic performer and occasional blogger.
