Responsible for the bidding, planning, coordination and implementation of electrical distribution inventory and verification projects across the U.S.- Use ArcGIS software to create project-specific maps, alter databases as needed, and create scripts for Quality Assurance checks using Model Builder.- Check for and correct connectivity issues in MapWise using integrated Flow Checks.- Train personnel for each project to ensure data is collected in accordance with the Project Procedures.- Perform Quality Checks in the field on employee data to ensure data is collected correctly and determine if additional training is required.- Create budgets for potential projects based on project goals, time lines, personnel needs and equipment needs.- Conduct pre-project meetings with clients to formulate a plan tailored to meet the stated goals and deadlines for the project and develop a Project Procedures Manual.- Allocate the necessary staffing and equipment for the project through transfers or acquisitions.- Monitor and project weekly revenue goals for each project.- Conduct weekly safety meetings to keep employees focused safety while on the job.- Formulate and implement Quality Assurance checks for all MapWise projects to ensure the delivery of quality data back to the client.- Track project production and progress on a weekly and monthly basis and prepare monthly invoices.- Manage all corporate leases for our department including the lease review, deposits, monthly payments, documentation, and termination.- Monitor compliance of all employees in our department completing required safety training.- Provide First Aid/AED/CPR training as a certified American Red Cross Instructor to employees in our department.- Provide OSHA-certified ATV training to employees in our department as an ATV Instructor.
