As a Business Partner of Telenor Pakistan, I wear many hats. My days are a whirlwind of strategic decisions, franchise management, team leadership, sales and marketing endeavours, financial planning, and fostering innovation. My journey in the telecom industry has been nothing short of exhilarating, and I thrive on transforming opportunities into impactful solutions.

As Founder and Innovation Lead at InnovateX, I drive initiatives to foster entrepreneurship and leadership in KP and FATA. Our mission is to empower individuals through innovative programs, networking, training, mentoring, and consultation. With methodologies like hackathons and workshops, I have personally executed projects with entities such as the U.S Embassy Pakistan, Accelerate Prosperity, Sarhad Rural Support Program and the National Incubation Center in Peshawar.

I co-founded 37th productions to flex my creative muscles while I was still at university. Even though I am not actively involved with this business now but my responsibilities in the past have been, headhunting clients, pitching project ideas, client dealing, bookkeeping and creative direction. In this role, I have been involved in making advertisements, documentaries, orientation films, short films, music videos as well as design and print work. As part of 37th Productions, I have had the privilege of working with clients such as: Govt. entities namely KPK’s Education, Tourism, Mines & Minerals, Health departments, NAVTEC, SMEDA, Frontier Corps, SNGPL, Pak China Institute and Directorate of Science and Technology to name a few. UN projects under UNDP and UNHCR. World Bank projects under KP IT Board. Corporates such as Telenor, Shell, Total and Magnum.  Charities such as DGR, DGD and Peshawar School for peace.  Industries such as F.A.S Steel, F.F Steel and Style Textile.

As part of the founding team of the National Incubation Center Peshawar, I was responsible for the creation of NIC Peshawar’s brand identity, outreach policies, communication strategies and digital media campaigns from scratch. One of my key responsibilities is to liaison with government, industry, education, and development sector organizations and over the past 5 years I have overseen more than 30 MOUs signed with national and international entities. Other key jobs that I perform under this job role are:- Leading the planning and design of internal and external strategies for communications and outreach, including design and implementation of project Communications, Outreach and Visibility Strategy.- Conducting talks, seminars and awareness sessions on entrepreneurship at universities across KP including NMDs as well as at events and conferences. - Arranging seminars, workshops and trainings at NIC Peshawar for the startups by engaging local, national and international mentors and trainers. - Designing and executing the startup intake campaign bi-annually.- Identification and selection of startups for the incubation program.- Mentoring incubates on market research, branding and sales.- Executing partner projects alongside NIC Peshawar’s core program. - Pinching new project proposals to donors to be run at NIC Peshawar.- Planning and executing an annual investor summit on a national scale.- Actively engage with venture capital firms to bring forth startup investments.- Supervise and prepare monthly newsletters, success stories, press reports and digital media content.

Digihawks was a digital content creation startup managing digital needs of its clients. In my brief stay in this positon I was responsible for:  Ideation and content creation for all three portfolios of the company. Market research on online best sellers for affiliate marketing. Designing digital campaigns for client’s social media. Creating viral content for company’s brand pages.

Working with the first Business incubation center/Co-working space of Peshawar ignited my passion for trying to cultivate a vibrant startup ecosystem in Peshawar. While working with Peshawar2.0 I looked after:  Managing digital media and designing online marketing campaigns for the Digital Youth Summit (an annual International conference funded by the World Bank and the KP IT Board). Designing and execution of the marketing camping’s for events being held at Peshawar2.0's co-working office space Basecamp. Creating awareness campaigns to about the mission and vision of the company.  Marketing for the Project K10 funded by the UKAID, which is about bringing innovation in education in KP and Balochistan. Holding information sessions and idea pitching sessions at Peshawar and Quetta.

Worked on video advert campaigns, from concept to execution and content generation for social media. Some of the clients were Chai Khana Peshawar, Naan Sense, Burps Café, Naan Café, Kitchen Studio, Melting Spot, Burger Brothers, Little Social, Upper Crust, Giga Bite, Chief Grill and Rewayat Restaurant Islamabad.

My first job at with the Beaconhouse group laid a strong foundation for my career. Working at this position, I was tasked with: Looking after all the video and social media marketing needs of the organization. Coming up with creative ideas for the organization’s CSR campaign. Making videos and various digital illustrations. Working closely with the design team in the designing of booklets, flyers and billboards. Working on Khursheed Memood Kasuri’s election campaign for 2013.
