I serve on the Board of Directors of the Athens Film Arts Institute, which operates Ciné: Athens' only independent art house cinema.

As an assistant to the General Counsel, I drafted and revised project contracts, consultant agreements, and numerous other agreements to ensure adherence to company standards.

I was contracted for PwC (PricewaterhouseCoopers) to review and analyze client contracts. I made recommendations for contract consolidation as part of client implementation of contract lifecycle management system.

I provided comprehensive fact-checking for articles appearing in the print and online versions of Atlanta Magazine and Atlanta Magazine’s HOME Magazine.

I served a team of civil defense attorneys handling complex matters across the United States. In addition to my duties drafting and editing court documents, I traveled with attorneys to trials for cases with exposures often beyond one hundred million dollars. In January and February of 2020, I helped a team of attorneys, during a multi-week trial in Las Vegas, Nevada, secure a defense verdict against a $40 million demand made by the plaintiffs.

I assisted a team of civil defense attorneys handling complex matters across the United States. My duties included drafting and editing court documents (including motions, discovery responses, and subpoenas) and managing case documents and exhibits for several attorneys during civil trials.

I hired and directly oversaw a 12-person editorial board, in addition to developing a larger staff of over 30 writers to write for the newspaper’s bimonthly release. During my tenure, the Purple increased its readership and broadened its online presence, more than doubling the number of yearly visitors to the newspaper’s website (thesewaneepurple.org). I personally overhauled the newspaper's layout and visual identity, complete with redesigned logos, fonts, and a redesigned website. Also during my tenure, our editorial board refined the newspaper's mission statement to reflect an increased focus on investigative work. The newspaper was awarded an honor rating of “First Class” by the Associated Collegiate Press for issues in Spring 2017 with marks of distinction for coverage, content, and leadership.In addition to my editorial and leadership responsibilities, I continued to regularly write for the newspaper.

I provided comprehensive fact-checking and copyediting for articles appearing in the print and online versions of Atlanta Magazine and Atlanta Magazine’s HOME Magazine. Additionally, I compiled event listings for both print and online versions of Atlanta Magazine. Occasionally, I wrote for the Atlanta Magazine website (atlantamagazine.com).
