• Develop, customise and maintain Avaloq’s banking applications based on user requirements, on Oracle database with PL/SQL and Avaloq Script.• Provide support to project and test teams, assist with troubleshooting, modify software applications to fix defects by conducting root cause analysis and execute automated and manual unit testing to ensure quality standards are met.• Collaborate with SMEs, Technical Coaches or Senior Team Members on complex technical issues to determine the appropriate design and solution for implementation.• Produce user and technical documentation on know-how and how-to on the developed features to assist team members.

Responsible for Project Implementations (lead projects through the SDLC from requirements gathering to solution design, development, implementation and go-live) involving TSYS PRIME Card and Merchant Management Systems and data migration for various banking and financial institutions in Asia Pacific, Europe and South America.Responsible for the overall TSYS PRIME Card and Merchant Applications development activities at TSYS Kuala Lumpur including requirements gathering, applications' designs and solutions, document and develop software code complying with software and coding standards and design specifications.
