• Serving in customer service department to reply enquiries.• Dealing with simple accounting editing work such as creating invoices, quotations, and compiling document with accounting department.• Communicating with government departments through emails to overcome some company’s and workers issues. • Working with HR Department to recruit workers, post job vacancy advertisement and produce employment contracts. • Translating and preparing document of different languages, which are English, Chinese and Malay.• Monitoring cash flow and liaising with financial consultants on some company’s investment project while serving at financial department. • Doing mathematical calculations on the products’ measurements, sorting accessories and parts needed from draft of each projects and annotating drafts on AutoCAD while serving for engineering department.
