I have been in this role since April 2017, and I am passionate about providing high-quality service and food to our customers.I have more than 20 years of experience in the restaurant industry, having worked as the assistant manager of Restaurant De Oude Toren BV for 15.5 years. In that position, I was responsible for leading the team, training the students, handling the invoices and the reports, maintaining the facilities, and developing the business strategy. I have also gained valuable skills and knowledge in catering, front office, operations management, and hospitality management through various assignments and courses. I hold the SVH Leermeester certification, which demonstrates my expertise and professionalism as a host.
