I had the chance to collaborate closely with the team at Citypup Box as an intern to support the planning process and operational cadence of activities. This involved creating and managing Excel project plans to execute on promises, helping with quarterly and monthly business operational planning, and more.In addition to these duties, I developed models, frameworks, and roadmap management tools to aid in business planning operations and made use of my knowledge to set product prices that took cost analysis, margin, and other sales considerations into account to maximize demand. I was able to improve sales by 12% annually and boost organizational effectiveness as a result of my efforts. Overall, my Citypup Box internship was a great chance for me to get real-world experience in business operations and contribute significantly to the organization's success.

I had the chance to improve my community while volunteering at the food distribution center 2nd Harvest. I assisted in sorting and distributing food to struggling families while working with a group of committed volunteers to make sure they had access to hygienic meals.I now have a better understanding of the significance of food security and the positive effects that even a tiny contribution can have on other people's lives due to this experience.
