Exports Role : Total experience of around 18 years in the field of Exports. Handled Export documentation till finalization. Also have relevant experience in export sales and service co-ordination, handling customer queries w.r.t. dispatched consignments etc. Office Administration Role : Have also handled office administration and supported the Sales Director in various departmental functions. Executive Assistant Role: Have handled visas/ticketing for visiting technicians and engineers. Have earlier assisted in the accounts department as and when needed. Have provided support to Director - Sales & Managing Director in day-to-day operations.Strengths: Having been in this field from the past 18 years, has given me good hands-on-experience to Export document procedures beginning with export inquiry to dispatch involving Letter of Credit, ECGC application, Telegraphic transfer, coordination with the Shipping liners for Bill of lading, etc.
