-Responsible for the annual review and update programs for Investigational Product Instruction Manuals (IPIMs) and IP Documentation-The First Point of Contact for Sites and Internal Partner queries on IP administration, formulation preparation, labeling, and/or packaging-Lead Presentations for IP information at Investigator Meetings and Site Initiation Meetings-Support the Clinical Research Pharmacy Services (CRPS) Senior Managers on Program Strategy and Continuous Process Improvement Initiatives-Review and trend Dosing Deviations and Root Causes at Study, Program, and Portfolio levels to identify risk indicators and mitigation plans-Supports internal partners and networks to promote greater cross-functional understanding and insight into clinical IP needs, IP presentation, and preparation challenges-Responsible for maintaining a good working relationship with external depots (e.g., GCSCM ABR and ATO) and clinical logistics-Lead Presentations on behalf of CRPS with cross-functional partners speaking to new initiatives related to IP development and management

●Conducting 300+ patient screenings on a daily basis including pre-study, initiation, monitoring and termination; patient- drug intake screening. ●Confirming compliance and adherence to all FDA, ICH-GCP and local regulations; ●Ensuring the completion and collection of regulatory documents; applying the use of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word. °Navigated and communicated through different softwares like Pioneer, Zendesk, Slack,Microsoft Teams, Zoom etc●Performing data verification of source documents; ●Ensuring implementation and compliance with FDA, ICH-GCP guidelines; ●Participating in budget negotiation and follow-up where applicable; ●Assisting with data validation and query resolution; ●Mentoring junior team members as required.

●Ensures that patients remain on track with medication regimens- outbound therapy/medicationadherence check-ups; secures refill prescriptions, etc;● Communicates effectively with the PBM and centralized Patient Service Center with respect to such communications as: the refill report, the zero-fill report, the monthly outstanding report and theappointment list.● Resolves insurance related issues, including prior authorizations (PAs), and assist patients withvarious forms of financial assistance;° Promoted to Covid Vaccine Lead

●Assists the pharmacist in filling, preparing, and dispensing prescriptions; counts, packages, andlabels unit doses for inspection; fills routine orders for prepackaged non-prescriptionpharmaceuticals and medical supplies..● Assists with inventory control, to include ordering replacement drugs, removing outdated stock,checking new orders, and returning unwanted stock; performs periodic inventories ofpharmaceutical and related stock

● Assists members on drug data entry medications under Pharmacist's supervision, countsmedications, stocks medication on shelves, and assists customers on the telephone and inperson, Retrieves, counts and measures drugs.● Identifies medications requiring special storage and/or handling such as hazardous medications and/orrefrigerated medication;● Assists Pharmacist with the information required to consults with patients regardingmedications or supplies prescribed, including dosage, frequency, formulary, specialized Tier & possible drug interactions.
