The Senior Project Manager is responsible for two primary functions currently; one, to have an integrated view on external outreach with customers to provide senior management with insights on gaps, overlaps and other opportunities. Additionally, this role is a member of the Customer Care incident management team during activation.

The Senior Project Manager was responsible for complex policy implementation rate-related projects for SCE’s largest business customers; including internal change management and customer communications. Implemented business customer time-of-use roll out in 2019, and department lead for demand response operations.

The Policy and Compliance Project Manager was primarily responsible to ensure compliance SCE's energy efficiency, demand response, behind-the-meter contracts, and water-energy nexus programs. Developed portions of the state's first 10-year application in the Energy Efficiency Business Plan.
