▪ Plan and execute gameday operations of 7v7/flag football/lacrosse tournament play, field management, and supervisory of field staff.▪ POC for conflict resolution regarding coaches, teams, and players.▪ Plan and execute tournament initiatives adjacent to tournament director and client.▪ Source, onboard, and schedule referees, field marshals, and admin for national events.▪ Develop curriculum tailored to event and conduct training with applicable personnel.▪ Provide feedback, analysis, and recommendations on current and future businessoperations for 80-150 team tournaments.

▪ Lead operations of world renowned sporting events while maintaining superior efficiency and presentation standards. Enforcing compliance with state, federal, and company regulations regarding food safety, sanitation, and alcohol awareness.▪ Identify deficiencies in work processes at venues and implement protocols to improve productivity and achieve optimal food and beverage sales.▪ Serve as an accessible first point of contact for assigned portfolio clients.▪ Create relationships with corporate business clients, sponsors, and vendors to ensure all needs are facilitated and to ensure an enjoyable and memorable experience.▪ Create and maintain close rapport with department managers in order to identify needs and provide timely direction and communication to produce dynamic results.▪ Conduct service training for staff while cultivating a positive, upbeat, team work environment and atmosphere. Ensure training supports company mission, values, and standards of ethics/integrity while modeling appropriate direction and guidance.▪ Oversee scheduling, budgeting, and inventory.
