SPECIALITIES• Build relationships with the talent acquisition and hiring managers to discuss the specific job description• Handling Telephonic, Face to Face interviews for recruitment requirements across mid to senior leadership levels, industry, and function for clients and following up for the feedback till the closure of the position• Searching, headhunting, industry mapping, industry networking, generating references, exploring portals like Naukri, LinkedIn for effective talent acquisition, and managing job postings and responses on various portals• Creating and driving the strategy for talent acquisition, focusing on building the employer brand and creating a top-notch candidate experience.• Taking care of the pre & post-joining formalities, expectation setting such as Salary Fitment, Designation, joining date, etc. obtaining required documents to facilitate a smooth background verification process of the candidates, etc • Providing Weekly/Fortnightly dashboards on the status quo of positions open & further plans of action on them• Involved in the end-to-end recruitment process and delivery of Middle, Senior & Leadership levels• Build relationships with talent acquisition & hiring managers to discuss the specific job descriptions and offer generation• Assessment & Interview Coordination services: Designing and conducting the online/offline test for the Organizations and coordinating the interviews on the ground• Handling candidate email support portal for Catering to candidate queries during process execution and providing necessary support for requests like Assessments, Offer, Interview Feedback & Results• Responsible for the full life cycle of the recruitment process, which includes multi-channel sourcing, screening, in-time closing, negotiating with the candidates till successful on boarding.
