How might we unlock collaborative systems change toward more regenerative, just and resilient futures? How might we create new and unlikely alliances for this deep transition? How might we tap into the transformative potential of emergent technologies and innovation ecosystems? Felix Beer is a transition researcher and designer, working on strategic scenarios, pathways and interventions at the intersection of digital and sustainable transformations. For more than five years, Felix supports clients from politics, business and society in co-creating transition processes through a mission-oriented multi-stakeholder approach. His toolbox includes transdisciplinary research, governance studies, policy design, strategic foresight, systems thinking, innovation ecosystem design, qualitative and quantitative methods, co-creation and participation, systemic facilitation and design thinking.Felix is a curious learner and impact-oriented changemaker who is eager to explore new solutions to complex challenges: mission-oriented, transdisciplinary and systemic. Beyond this he likes to translate complex societal questions into creative, accessible formats - ranging from TEDx Talks, to speculative prototypes and podcasting. Having worked and studied in six countries, he cultivated an intercultural and multi-perspective mindset.Felix studied Political Science, Philosophy and Economics (BSc: Amsterdam, NL & Montreal, CA) and specialized in Science and Technology Studies (MSc: London, UK), with a scholarship of the "Studienstiftung des Deutschen Volkes". Graduating both degrees with Distinction, he previously acquired professional experience in the digital think tank sector. Besides, he accomplished extensive training in systemic facilitation (Certificate: Berlin, DE) and design thinking (Certificate: Berlin, DE). Felix is always interested in learning about new opportunities within and outside of his field.
