My primary role is to represent Camp Hill and the people who live in it at a County level. I provide a bridge between the community and the council. As well as being an advocate for local residents and signposting them to the right people at the council, I endeavour to keep them informed about the issues that affect them.In order to understand and represent local views and priorities, I am building strong relationships and encourage local people to make their views known and engage with me and the council. Some of my responsibilities include:- Responding to queries and investigate concerns (casework)- Communicate council decisions that affect residents- Know and work with representatives of local organisations, interest groups and businesses- Represent residents views at council meetings- Supplying Grant Funding of £6,000 a year to local groups and charities- Allocating highways budget towards highway projects that affect my residentsAs councillor I contribute to the development of policies and strategies, bringing the views and priorities of Camp Hill to the debate. Identify opportunities to improve existing data flows, adapt and improve with own are/other departments e.g. developing and implementing new ways to input, store and distribute information used in data analysis, responsible for one or more information systems for collection of statistical information. Also provide training on relevant systems and their processes.To develop and implement processes for scheduled data extraction from the in-house developed systems, using SQL, Crystal reports, Qlikview, Excel (and Access if appropriate), and use this to generate lists that can be stored and catalogued by the data quality and clinical coding teams. This information will need to be produced and presented in a timely fashion to meet service deadlines.Providing advice to Data Quality and Clinical Coding management leads, GM’s, Op’s managers and Clinical leads on solutions for information requirements relating to data quality and clinical coding with appropriate reporting mechanisms where issues arise.Using my own experience, knowledge, skills and judgement to identify improvement opportunities for operational and strategic monitoring of patient-based information, in line with National data requirements and definitions.

Information Analyst for CWPT.During my time in this role I manipulated and analysed complex data and supported the team in the dissemination/understanding of these analyses to colleagues across the trust.I assisted and guilded the implementation and delivery of national datasets including the creation of a new dataset.Having maintained and monitored datasets to demonstrate data accuracy, data completeness, trends over time and variances from expected performance. I built robust interteam relationships as well as working with Operational Teams to identify areas of poor data quality and set up procedures which will address these issues.I was always certain to promote a culture of information assurance across the whole organisation. I supported the Director and other internal colleagues in ensuring that care services are of an appropriate level of quality.I worked collaboratively with internal stakeholders to develop the Trust’s portfolio of services in a manner fit for the local population and deliverable within budgets.COVID 19 also generated new parts within this role. including daily urgent reports with COVID figures, daily uploads of datasets and the creation of entirely new datasets and reports within very small time scales

Working on a Met Film School Production for a graduation film as Production Manager. During pre production my responsibilities were to manage the production budget, organise locations and equipment, manage schedules.During Filming I have had to, make sure the shoot is running on schedule, monitoring and adjusting the budget, manage the production team, deal with any problems that arise and make sure that all the paperwork is together such as insurance, permits and health and safety are being followed.

East Sussex

-I ran a successful election campaign which lead to my election as a East Sussex Youth cabinet member representing the Hastings and Bexhill constituency. In doing this campaign and being part of the council I have:-Used various ways of campaigning from using social media, printing out leaflets, speeches and canvassing.-Worked closely with the county council within my term. -Part of the transport team which produced East Sussex’s first and only county wide 3 in 1 travel card for young people by young people called 3i-D which offered ID, Discount at shops and cheaper fares for Young people.-Chaired meetings.-Planned and gave presentations to various institutions.-Communicated with MPs-Maintained good public relations throughout.-Met with schools to present, negotiate and answer questions.-Held meetings with senior members of the county council including the CEO.-Negotiated with the heads' of several regional bus companies and the CEO of one of the largest national ID cards.-Marketed, produced and got running East Sussex 3i-D

I was chosen to be part of the East Sussex 11-19 Partnership, where meetings were held every 3 months. Organisations such as police, health and educations services met as well as charities and other groups, even including a counter terrorist unit. These groups and myself, as a representative of the Youth Cabinet and young people, met and discussed what’s affecting young people in the county as well as what is the best way to handle these situations, in these meetings I:-Questioned and queried organisations.-Presented information and facts to these organisations.-Answered questions fielded to me in order to help improve services for young people in East Sussex.-Gave insightful information about teenage society.-Critically analysed services.-Proposed several policy changes.

I volunteered as a Table Tennis coach for my school team and club. I started off as just an assistant coach but I soon took the lead of team coaching as well as finding and nurturing upcoming talent whilst the teacher dealt with admin and helped with some of the coaching. Under this joint leadership the school team reached top 16 in England twice and county champions for all these years. In this role I:-Analysed player performance.-Taught and coached players.-Kept everyone informed.-Made sure contact was maintained.-Assisted administration side.-Organised school trips.
