I was born and raised in Savannah, and I am the mother of a handsome 19-year-old son. Most of you know me as the Beettan Boss Babe, owner of Beettan Organic Sunless Tanning. But, did you know I equally hustle the real estate world here in Savannah and surrounding areas? I have been doing real estate with Vantosh Realty Group for over three years now. I have listed, sold, and leased commercial and residential properties across the area and worked with all types of budgets. As they say, there is no listing too big or too small.To me, being a business owner and a commercial realtor puts me in a unique position. I have a high success rate in finding vacation homes, and STVR zoned properties for investors. I have helped many happy visitors find the perfect spot in Savannah, which is a double bonus because they get the ideal home- away-from-home in a city they love and an income-generating investment too. I also have my finger on the pulse of new properties that already have zoning for short term vacation rentals for investors and even have some active listings now.I also understand the personal and emotional decision facing residential real estate buyers and sellers, and I take that very seriously.
