As Education Assistant, I was assigned the responsibility of working with students who required additional help with the English language (ESL - English as a Second Language). As an Account Manager/Sales Coordinator, I managed and maintained the company’s high volume accounts, to include major Department Store franchises. I coordinated all shipments of merchandise to the sites, authorized returns when necessary, and processed extensive order entry for the accounts. I communicated company procedures with our outside sales force. I supported the sales team with all in house requirements, including sending samples, following through with daily direct account contact, releasing the appropriate amount of product for future ship dates and ensuring shipments were expedited when needed. I ensured customer satisfaction was achieved with each shipment, making sure the correct product was sent at the appropriate time.
