Developed and maintained a continuously available order management processing environment on IBM mainframe (CICS, COBOL, DB2, VSAM, IBM MQ), Stratus VOS (PL1, C, TPS, IBM MQ, Apache Web Server), Windows Server 2003 (.NET, C#, C++, Java, Adobe Flex, MS SQL, IBM MQ), and LINUX (TIBCO Business Works) environments. Met with product managers to identify ERP improvements, processing efficiencies and new business requirements. Produced business requirements and presented proposals to stakeholders. Produced system requirements and developed integration, testing and deployment plans to achieve a high level of success. New web-based order management product was fully implemented in 2 years. Partnered with business leaders to identify changes required to comply with Sarbanes Oxley (SOX) Act.

Development of the firm’s first web-based client order entry system on IBM mainframe (CICS, COBOL, IMS, VSAM), Stratus VOS (PL1, C, TPS), and Windows NT (HTML, C++, C, Java) environments. Maintained the order and execution message editing and routing system on the Stratus VOS environment, supporting direct clients, investment managers and financial advisors trading equity and option products.

Designed, developed and deployed systems for new and existing financial products. Maintained the order and execution message editing and routing system on the Stratus VOS fault-tolerant server (PL1, C, COBOL, TPS), supporting 300+ investment managers and 18,000+ financial advisors trading equity and option products.

Developed the order and execution message editing and routing system on the Stratus fault-tolerant VOS servers and IBM CICS mainframe, supporting 15,000+ financial advisors trading equity and option products, replacing a 20 year old application.
