This allows for tagging, indexing and searching large collections of individuals using that information which is otherwise unavailable.The Faception technology encodes facial appearances in proprietary image descriptors and trains state of the art machine learning algorithms to predict personal traits, capabilities and online behaviors.Faception's technology and application embodiments are protected by two patents.

Under my leadership, Mobilano achieved success in three different continents, entering clients into the top 10 app ranks.

Managed all media efforts for one of the largest mobile agencies in Israel (part of Fishman’s Group). Built the overall mobile strategy for all clients and spearheaded the process from start to finish (i.e. initial development of strategy to presenting strategy to senior level executive clients in sales meeting).Responsible for business development including agreement negotiations with developers and media platforms. In charge of managing budgets, creating campaigns, and defining applications for company clients.

Responsible for all product marketing initiatives for Cellcom's customers (biggest mobile operator in Israel) through digital and mobile campaigns.Mobile:Managed large budgets dedicated to advertising within apps for iPhone and Android users.Promoted new apps in Google Play and the App Store. Optimizing revenue from the mHTML site and driving ROI for many mobile products.Web:In charge of all the content production on Cellcom's website.Increased the affiliate program and managed the SEO program.As part of my role, I managed large-scale budgets to promote the website through Google AdWords, content partnerships, and segment campaigns with positive ROI.

Spearheaded the company's social media strategy. Crafted the company's content strategy for each individual social media platform (i.e. website, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Blogs).Measured the effectiveness of our work on each channel with the goal of improving the content workflow and effectiveness to guarantee better results. Guided the content team and provided them with the tools necessary to succeed, such as: new applications, FBML options and case studies on a global scale.

I was in charge of the officers' training program, managing 4 officers and 70 cadets in the Israeli officers' training school.Built the training program and guided a large team through hard situations during their journey of becoming officers.
