- Daily contact (via e-mail and telephone) with Direct One's dealer/technical partners, their support in operational tasks related to logistics (forward / return delivery of assets).- Monthly tool set planning (stock register, ordering new ones, checking the return of old ones, etc.).- Participation in user acceptance testing of supporting IT systems.- Logistics partner management (warehouse, courier company, renovation center) - personal visits in Budapest, support of their daily operations.- Preparation of recurring and ad-hoc logistics reports.

- Manage, control and optimize inventory: ensure that product stock is adequate via daily/weekly analysis in coordination with our European sales teams.- Manage outgoing orders: prepare and record deliveries and shipments to reconcile inventory, create reports on inventory activity and variances, use software to monitor demand and document inventory characteristics.- Improve operations to increase the efficiency of inventory turns.- Participate in import procedures: processing and organizing import logistics, preparing orders, tracking shipments, contacting courier companies and customs authorities.-Processes imports in accordance with company requirements for storage, handling and shipping; assists in the development and implementation of inventory control procedures.

- Handling the inventory of the raw materials coordinated by the Production Manager.- Quality and quantity control of raw materials.- Preparing periodic reports to the Finance Department.- Distributing the finished product towards the stores coordinated by the Warehouse Manager.- Assisting online store processes coordinated by the Webshop Manager.
