I have worked for the Insudpharma group, as external advisors to the legal department. I carried out the due diligence process of more than 500 contracts regarding the licensing of the Registration Dossiers and the distribution and supply of the pharmaceutical products worldwide. I was also the lawyer for a leading sustainable fashion company, where I advised and represented clients in all their legal matters. The main areas within the collaboration with the firm were civil and commercial litigation and everything related to contracts.

While doing the Master of Access to Law, I started my internship in the lawfirm of one of my teachers, being the main area of practice tax law, specifically devoted to tax procedures or civil claims. I also carried out the drafting of corporate contracts such as participative loans, shareholder agreements, confidentiality contracts, private loan contracts, agency agreements or lease contracts among others.

I have worked in the hospitality industry with clients such as New South Wales Parliament, Deloitte, KPMG, Macquarie Bank, EY, Sydeny Opera House, Sydney Tower, large events of up to 4,000 attendees, informal or family events.

The project assigned corresponded to the updating of the statements of the mortgage procedures of the base the financial institutions BBVA and ABANCA as support in the legal outsourcing.
