I am a talented, problem solver, and hardworking individual, with broad analytical and communication skills and experience in project management for 700.000+ SM multi-purposes projects. I completed master’s degree on Construction Project Management with the thesis subject of ‘’Transitioning to Integrated Project Delivery’’. I was fully employed by reputable local and international engineering and consultancy companies as an architect and project manager for nearly 13 years. My educational and professional background have allowed me to handling multiple tasks on a daily basis competently and at working well under pressure. In addition to this, I also gained extensive hands-on experience in different projects of industrial facilities, offices and residences, housing, hotel, malls. The projects I have carried out range from major multinationals to large and medium sized companies, from national government to local authorities, to a number of international financing institutions.As project manager, my main responsibility is to lead the team to deliver the best design solutions on time and within the scope of the project budget. For this purpose, I prepare and present formal reports to management, prepare technical and financial proposal and tender documentation  negotiate technical, financial and contract terms with Clients, communicate effectively with stakeholders, financial and technical planning, executing, monitoring, controlling, and closing of assigned projects, assign responsibilities to project team and supervise them and provide guidance and motivation to drive maximum performance, research, gather, and analyze data on various strategic projects and provide insights and solutions to project teams,  review and approve all technical deliverables before they are shared with the Client and other stakeholders and analyze problematic situations and occurrences and provide solutions to ensure company and project survival and growth.I'm always looking to grow my personal and professional network.
