Develop and ensure the implementation of the marketing & product development strategies of the "instax brand" for internal market (especially Turkish market) in line with FUJIFILM’s vision and objectives. Responsible for build the market’s overall marketing communications action plan and providing synergies between local & regional (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Albania) marketing processes.▪Design and the implementation of brand positioning by providing the local adaptation of the global strategy. (Digital & social media, online advertising and campaigns, websites, e-mailing, PR activities etc.)▪Collaborate with Digital & PR Agencies, Retailer teams to develop holistic creative communications campaigns. Manage all the workflow processes and briefing them.▪Create local content plans for the new product launches, events, campaigns, and special dates based on marketing calendar and seasonality.▪Follow up the actualization of the brand’s sales and market share, performance according to the objectives and take precautions against the possible deviations within the period.▪Develop medium and long-term marketing communication strategies and ensure all these activities are actualized in accordance with the strategy, to manage the MarCom activities of the parties (retailers & marketplaces) that the product/service has been received.▪Ensure the annual marketing plan are drawn up and the marketing plan is actualized in line with the approved budget within the year.▪Plan and execute all digital & performance marketing activities; including social media, local, search & display advertising campaigns.▪Measure & report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assets against goals.▪Design and submitting monthly regular reports on the performance of local marketing communications activities to global instax team, European Photo Imaging Groupe. ▪Analyzing the long-term needs of the brand’s digital media strategy and offering regular reports to the executive teams.
