- Running a team of 8 linguistic consultants (LCs) for a TTS project.- Curating linguistic data in Turkish, providing linguistic support and guidance to a team of linguistic consultants and to the client, reviewing guidelines and helping the client revise them when necessary, training the team members, managing and monitoring daily work, leading quality control on all tasks and providing feedback to the team.- Creating project trackers and building control mechanisms to increase efficiency- Communicating with the client on a weekly basis to discuss progress, deadlines and potential risks.
