• Structuring both internal and external recruitment principles including management level. Designing the process and identifying role-based appropriate selection sources and tools. Budget planning and management of all services in the scope of talent management.• Defining campus communication strategy and guiding social media channel management. • Negotiate and clarify open position details with positions manager. Analyze needs and guide internal customers’ expectations by taking into account market dynamics. Recommend appropriate interview techniques (one-to-one, role playing, analyze exercises, presentation, group work, panel etc.) to the position manager(s) and managing the process in accordance with the high quality standards.• Create & share job posting. Candidate sourcing and sending online exams to the suitable candidates. Conduct competency-based interviews with eligible candidates, guiding hiring managers on the same level of expertise. Redesign the evaluation processes in line with changing customer and/or organizational needs. • All applicants and all interviewed candidates are managed in accordance with the goal of "maintaining a positive candidate experience" throughout the process. Making feedback meetings to internal candidates that are evaluated negatively to contribute to the development plans and increase their awareness. Guiding the manager feedback communication during negotiations.• Execute the salary study for final candidate to make an offer.
