•⠀Responsible for Urban and Landscape Design. •⠀Coordinate teams work and support staff in the production of different design phases and ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ presentations, starting from concept design to tender documents.•⠀Assure that the design is compliance with the project's design brief and budgetary requirements ⠀ and applicable codes to ensure constructability, coordination, and completion of ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ ⠀ documentation.•⠀Preparing design briefs, scopes of work, and fee proposals in response to Request for Proposal ⠀ ⠀ (RFP) documents for master planning and landscape consultants.•⠀works closely with senior staff including the Project Manager (PM) to produce and refine reports ⠀ and product in accordance with the project scope and RFP•⠀Participating in the preparation of periodical progress report, correspondence with the client, ⠀ ⠀ project managers, and contractors.

•⠀Lead and monitoring design activity to ensure that it is going as planned and to meet client's ⠀ ⠀ objective and fully satisfaction.•⠀Lead the Coordination with marine and infrastructure consultants.•⠀Participation in creating & presenting out Landscape Design, Design Developments, and Tender ⠀ Documents•⠀Performing site analyses that include the assessment of current situation, conditions, lighting, ⠀ ⠀ the view, and architecture style of the surrounding. •⠀Assure that the design is compliance with the project’s design brief and budgetary requirements ⠀ and applicable codes to ensure constructability, coordination and completion of ⠀ ⠀ ⠀documentation.
