For the past 30 years I have been a biotechnology executive, first in the areas of clinical, medical, and regulatory affairs, advancing to the senior executive (VP) level and then CEO level, where from 1995-2022, I was CEO of three biotech companies. In this capacity, I have advanced my strengths in strategic planning, operational management, financial planning and management, and several other leadership activities. Because my mission in life is to be a "positive, creative force for health and happiness", in addition to being a physician and biotech executive, as a hobby in the past I have also been a writer, speaker, and "happiness" coach. Through all these avenues, I have made great strides in achieving that personal mission.I have been a business partner with the well-known personal development coach, Anthony Robbins, and have published books intended to improve people's lives (the first book is called simply, BeHappy!). I have also written two e-books called "BeHappy at Work" and "A Guide to Healthy Living", both of which are available at www.BeHappy101.com.
