As a design strategist I developed user-centric solutions to enhance service delivery for customers of federal government. I managed national outreach efforts to improve veteran and military spouse hiring across multiple states, partnering with state workforce agencies, Veteran Service Organizations, and federal teams to implement innovative workforce solutions. My expertise in systems thinking and strategic design allowed me to streamline processes, provide technical assistance, and develop sustainable, long-term solutions that align with both organizational and community needs. I’ve also focused on empowering underrepresented groups, such as female, homeless, and disabled veterans, ensuring equitable access to employment opportunities and resources.
