I started my career as part of a team of learning and development specialists focusing on bringing change to an organisation steeped in many years of cultural division. I then undertook training management positions in two manufacturing organisations where I designed and implemented training processes where none had previously existed. I have since had 15 years experience consulting to a number of organisations.I have had 15 years experience in learning and development both internationally and within Australia. I am a specialist in emotional intelligence and work across all organisational levels, from managing directors to front line staff. I guide organisations through behavioural change. This has lead me to become an expert in dealing with difficult people, coaching them and training others how to deal with them. I engage with all levels of conflict mediation from work environments to marriages, I am the calm before the storm. I am a maverick in my field, coaching with a straightforward no nonsense approach providing feedback on emotional intelligence whether you have it or not. I have a unique viewpoint on life and relationships and this allows me to work across all industries, cultures and hierarchies. I am an educational entertainer; I coach in a manner that is humorous, fun and engaging. I open people up to the possibility of change within themselves and their working environments. My goal for any session is that participants leave with new perspectives toward their work and life. I specialise in using experiential learning techniques where appropriate, breaking the mould of teaching from “the book.” I am passionate about conflict resolution and the intricate ways our minds work both for and against us. This passion has allowed me to transform people’s lives, by giving them the tools to understand not only themselves but the people around them as well.
