Developed a novel method to group and associate arbitrary number of entities in a document after Named Entity Recognition using graph_net graph neural networks. This is a crucial component of our system that integrates the information obtained in earlier steps.Developed document table recognition and analysis software to automate processing of tabular data in documents.Helped with adoption of transformers (BERT/Roberta/Longformer) for named entity recognition and processing legal documents using Tensorflow and Pytorch on multiple GPUs. Transformers improved our results and enabled our team to process larger documents.Developed a post-processor to correct issues from NLP/Machine Learning results. This auto correction of results dramatically improved the accuracy of the system.Used NLP and Machine learning to find the best candidate to assign work-orders based on experience and driving distance to automate scheduling and dispatching of work-orders. This work dramatically reduced manual configuration previously needed for scheduling and dispatching. Prior to this work the operator of the system had to configure a skill set matrix and the dispatch was done manually from a pool of candidates.
