  FO-VSAT Expert • Diagnosis of issues, support of satellite telecommunication • Investigation and troubleshooting of satellite telecommunication links with satellite operators such as Intel Set 39 (IS-39) satellite, Badr satellite, EXPRESS AM7 satellite• Arranging satellite telecommunication antennas for choosing polarity and suitable frequency• Diagnose, monitor and maintain network problems through integrated POL ticketing and monitoring tools. • Provide prompt and professional response to customer inquiries and communications, perform detailed problem diagnostics on failed systems, provide service recovery or service configuration replace and resolve network or platform problems. • Provide and update technical and procedural documents such as SIP, SOP, A-s built documents.• Verify and perform NOC routing tasks such as changing settings, assisting and collecting in the network, and complete the corresponding checklist.• Take proactive procedure-based actions to ensure that all network components are in good condition.• Perform other duties assigned by Supervisor and department manager.
