As a Retail Sales Manager at Sportinglife, I lead a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets. I also manage the inventory, merchandising, and marketing of the store, ensuring compliance with company standards and policies. With my hydraulic and mechanical engineering background, I bring a unique perspective and expertise to the retail industry, especially in the sports and fitness sector.
