Team leader of Contracts Management Team consists Engineers only and is responsible to execute and oversee every commercial and contractual aspect of assigned investment projects during the construction / execution phases in coordination with mostly but not limited to procurement, project & field management, legal teams. Me and my teams’ various responsibilities involve:Conducting contract management and claim processes throughout the contract life cycle from the tender phase till contract close-out for various types of production and auxiliary facilities’ investment projects which are exclusively conducted by international and local contractors leading their fields.Execute and oversee every commercial and contractual aspect of assigned work packages during the construction / execution phases in coordination with mostly but not limited to procurement, project & field management, legal teamsClosely monitoring and executing contractual processes related to kick-off procedures, payment and shipment methodology, payment certificates, claims and variations, change orders, contract revisions, customs procedures and documentation, correspondence, certification etc. via related ERP and Project Management software (such as SAP ERP and Primavera UNIFIER) Drafting and reviewing all contractual documents (contracts, amendments, protocols etc.) and post contract correspondencesSupporting and preparing contract extensions/change order management/contractual performance measurementClosely monitoring contractual performance, project time schedules and taking necessary contractual actionsGenerating reports on all levels in relation to the contract and claim management activitiesConducting contract management and claim
