Started my own consultancy firm for 2 projects1) Aquaserve-> Provided sales and marketing service for developing sales system, distribution and sales policy-> Development of HR policy for employing sales personnel.-> Mainly responsible for setting up sales organisation2) Amor Global-> Developed an in-house brand PlayMaker shirt brand for this company.-> Organised their sales and distribution network in Delhi.

Developed collateral for the company, organised promotional campaigns for different product lines, prepared budget and marketing calendars, SOPs and negotiated print and media campaigns with National dailies.

Provided direction to company in all matters related to marketing. Appointed Advertising agency, PR agency, Media and Creative Agency for developing brand Lee Bee in the market.Developed an animated film for the brand and sponsored Ben 10 show on cartoon network.

Responsible for developing Blue Mount brand and strengthen its image in the market.Coordinated with advertising agencies, publicized the brand through PR activities and built Goodwill of the brand.

Responsible for operation management of their biscuit manufacturing unit.Developed new products, flavors, made changes in value chain of this business and made the company profit making within 6 months.

Worked on this startup in association with a Malaysian company Larrie Corporation (M) SDN BHD for launch of their footwear range in India.

Mirza being 100% export unit manufacturing leather footwear, I joined the company to launch the footwear range in the Indian Market. Launched Oakridge semi-formal footwear range and also introduced new casual fashion footwear range Red Tape which became a leading footwear brand in the country. Launched the export company's leather footwear range in the Indian Market and developed 2 brands Fieldstone and Carlo-Romano in domestic market. Organised the distribution and sales network throughput the country mainly in Delhi, UP, Punjab, Mumbai, Pune, Calcutta, Bangalore, Chennai, Kerala and Agra.

Developed new markets in Calcutta, Goa, Mumbai, Pune and Nagpur for Uncle Chipps. Appointed C&F and distributors and sales team in respective states. Organised special sale promotion campaigns in Calcutta and Mumbai during Festivals Like Durga Pooja and Ganesh Pooja respectively.

Responsible for HCPD and FPD product sales in states of Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and J&K. Managed distributor network of 175 distributors with my sales team comprising of Warehouse Manager, Field Manager, 2 supervisors and Medical/Sales representative.
