After nearly two years of successfully leading the centralized design team at Charisma Financial Group, we recognized the need for dedicated front-end and back-end programming teams. These teams would be essential in managing the sensitive and creative projects designed by our integrated design team, ensuring that we maintained the same high quality while also embracing new technologies.Drawing on my 17 years of experience in project management and working within IT-oriented companies, I took the initiative to form two robust front-end and back-end programming teams. These teams have been instrumental in delivering some of our company's most significant products, including the Charisma website, the Charisma investment application, the Charisma insurance application, and the Charisma super application.As the manager of this team during this period, I am proud of how effectively we collaborated. This teamwork enabled us to create quality products that reflect our collective dedication and innovation. I am extremely pleased with the results of our efforts.

Adilar is a newly established startup specializing in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and operates under the reputable Mammut Group.As part of my contributions to this project, I successfully handled the branding and design aspects of the new Adilar brand. This included the creation of a cohesive visual identity that reflects the company's vision and values. Additionally, I designed the user interface for both the web application and the software dashboard of the ATS, ensuring an intuitive and user-friendly experience for our clients.
