CurrentSystemic sclerosis (SSc) poses significant challenges due to its diverse clinical manifestations, including cardiomyopathy, which remains poorly understood. This study aimed to identify and characterize specific serum autoantibodies associated with SSc-cardiomyopathy. Utilizing immunoprecipitation (IP) and enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA), we analyzed serum samples from SSc patients, with and without heart disease. Our findings contribute to understanding the immunological mechanisms of SSc-cardiomyopathy, potentially enabling early detection and tailored management strategies for improved patient outcomes.
